Personal Sessions

Personal sessions are a pay-as-you-go way of accessing hands-on coaching one-on-one or as a group.  Personal sessions can be held for virtually any aim and in virtually any exercise/sport setting.
Some examples of personal sessions include:

  • A review of weightlifting technique in the gym
  • Timing and video analysis on the velodrome
  • Skill training on a cycling road ride
  • Workout support on site
