The nutrition programs are for individuals who are interested in taking an in-depth look at current dietary intake patterns for a variety of reasons including:

  • Discovering if the diet meets current recommendations for optimal health
  • Identifying patterns of appropriate or inappropriate eating
  • Learning ways in which body fat/weight can be safely modified
  • Improving sport/exercise performance by fueling properly before, during, and after exercise

Nutritional analysis: Tailored written and verbal feedback on nutritional habits, based on athlete goals.
Body composition assessment: Skinfold technique to determine proportion of body fat and lean mass.
Consultations: Opportunity for sit-down, detailed discussion, planning, presentation, and evaluation.
