Cycling Coaching

The main cycling coaching programs feature unlimited communication between athlete and coach.  Ease of communication between athlete and coach is important to ensure the flow of feedback in both directions:

  • athlete to coach for improved understanding of responses to training for the design of the most effective program
  • from coach to athlete for improved understanding of training and competition directives and principles

Unlimited communication is included as a standard because everyone is deserving of access to his or her coach no matter how advanced an athlete is or training may be.


The programs also feature a written cycling program as well as a written program for off-the-bike training as needed.  Reaching goals as a cyclist does not always mean cycling only.  Sometimes other forms of training like strength and conditioning training and forms of cross training can also aid in maintaining or improving ability on the bike.  The main cycling coaching programs are designed to include as much all-around support as possible to be successful in reaching cycling goals.

Programs are shared via a provided TrainingPeaks account.
At least a heart rate monitor is recommended but is not a requirement.
