Group Track Training

Group track training sessions are for recreational and competitive track cyclists in or traveling to the Allentown, PA area.  These sessions could be beneficial if you would like to:

  • train on the track but do not know how to put together an efficient session
  • push yourself more or get more enjoyment in a group environment
  • take part in an individual or group workout that will take your individual needs into consideration from a coach’s objective perspective


How Group Track Training Sessions Work:

  • First:  Find a session you would like to take part in via the current listings on this page (typically updated 1-2 weeks out, in-season)
  • Second:  Book your spot via the listings on this page
  • Third:  Pay by cash or check on-site for your session

Other Information:

  • First come, first serve per session
  • Session days and times change regularly, so there likely is something to fit your personal schedule
  • Sessions typically last 1.5 – 2.5 hours and are held spring through fall
