About the presenter:

Jessica LaRoche, MS, RDN, CSSD is a contract sports dietitian at the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) and with other sports through the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC). Jessica provides performance nutrition guidance to athletes. She believes that properly fueling the body maximizes training and can give the winning edge in competition. Nutrition is an integral part in health and in a high performance plan.
