Personal, semi-private, and small group sessions are a way of accessing hands-on coaching, one-on-one or as a group.  These sessions can be held for virtually any aim and in virtually any exercise/sport setting, including in-person at the Kim Geist Academy.


Personal Sessions at any location provide individualized, one-on-one coaching where the entire session is designed around certain needs and goals. This format allows for complete customization and constant feedback in a private setting.

Examples of personal sessions:

  • A review of weightlifting technique
  • Timing and video analysis on the velodrome
  • Skill training on a cycling road ride
  • Workout support at a remote site

Semi-Private Sessions at the Kim Geist Academy include 2–4 participants, each following their own tailored training program under the guidance of the coach. It combines individualized programming with the motivation and camaraderie of training alongside others.

Examples of semi-private sessions:

  • Strength training for friend groups/families
  • Indoor cycling meet-ups for friend groups/families

Small Group Sessions at the Kim Geist Academy are designed for 4-12 people, all completing the same structured program. These sessions are coach-led and goal-driven, ideal for general fitness, conditioning, or group skill development.

Examples of small group sessions:

  • Strength & conditioning classes for clubs/teams/corporations
  • Indoor cycling classes for clubs/teams/corporations
