Event Assistance is a specialized service designed to help competitive athletes perform at their best by minimizing distractions and logistical stress during race days. By offloading pre-event responsibilities and in-the-moment tasks to an experienced coach, athletes are able to conserve their physical and mental energy and maintain full focus on competition. The goal of this service is to simplify the race day experience so the athlete can arrive at the start line confident, prepared, and focused on performance.

The coach’s role is to provide not just logistical help, but also tactical and technical guidance, reassurance, and other specific performance-focused support throughout the day.
