Group Track Training Sessions are designed for both recreational and competitive cyclists who want to maximize their time on the velodrome while riding with purpose and structure. Track cycling training track can be challenging without a clear plan. So whether new to the track and looking to make the most of time or an experienced racer looking for focused group workouts, these sessions offer a supportive and motivating environment to help you improve.

Each session is led with purpose and includes a warm-up, skill development, drills, and/or race-specific efforts, and a cool-down. Coaching takes into account the individual needs of participants while still benefiting from the energy of group training.

Group Sessions are Ideal If You:

  • Want to train on the velodrome but aren’t sure how to structure an effective workout

  • Enjoy pushing yourself in a group setting with like-minded athletes

  • Are looking for a structured workout that incorporates your individual goals and performance needs from an experienced coach’s perspective

How Group Track Training Sessions Work:

  • Find a session you would like to take part in via the current listings on the event page (typically updated 2-4 weeks out, in season)
  • Book your spot via the listings on the event page
  • Pay online or by cash or check on-site for your session

Other Information:

  • First come, first serve per session
  • Sessions typically last 2 hours and are held spring through fall

These sessions are open to riders local to the Allentown, PA area as well as those traveling to the area.
