Entry into Finesse & Fury by Kim Geist Coaching is limited to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure high-quality coaching.

Athletes do not need to be currently competing at a national or international level, but must possess the enthusiasm and desire to do so. Admission is by an application and meeting process.   We admit athletes who demonstrate the values of the program. Please note that the preferred age range for athletes in the program is 15-29 years of age.  Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. The program is tailored to the age and maturity of the athlete.

Included services are not limited to:
  • A written program with unlimited coach-athlete communication
  • Personal and group sessions for track, road, and strength training
  • Motorpacing on the road and track
  • Independent use of the Kim Geist Academy
  • Track racing and road training race tactics support
  • Video analysis and review
  • Training/racing camps
  • Educational presentations
  • Access to and integration with resource partners
  • Partner team benefits

$355/month group only activities with work study participation

$475/month all activities with work study participation

$675/month all activities without work study participation
