We are not all alike.  So, why should we train alike, eat alike, think alike?  We shouldn't.  As individuals, athletes have different characteristics like age, gender and natural talents, have different backgrounds like years in training and acquired health habits, and they respond differently to stimuli like training and life stresses.  Due to differences like these and many more, the most effective way for an individual to reach his or her goals is to identify these characteristics and build an individualized plan to maximize potential.
