$50/person/hr personal sessions

Personal sessions are a pay-as-you-go way of accessing hands-on coaching1 as an individual or as a group.  Personal sessions can be held for virtually any aim and in virtually any exercise/sport setting.

Some examples of personal sessions include:

- A review of weightlifting technique in the gym

- Timing and video analysis on the track

- Skill training on a cycling road ride

- Workout support on site

1Personal sessions are available at the convenience of the coach.  Fees may apply for sessions that require travel from the Allentown, PA area.  Contact the coach for more information.
