Kim Geist Coaching had the pleasure of working with Victoria when she was a younger junior. We knew there were going to be cool things to come for her in the future! Thanks for the shout-out, Victoria. Go Tornadoes!

"It is with great pleasure and extreme pride I announce that I have signed with the King University cycling team!! King is a small liberal arts school located in Bristol, TN. After visiting several schools in New England, I decided that it was time to broaden my search. The moment I stepped foot on King's campus I fell in love! The school has an old-time charm and immediately I felt like I belonged. Starting this spring I will be racing as a King University Tornado. However, I won't begin attending classes until the fall of 2015. I wouldn't be where I am today without the love and support of my family, my coach Alec Donahue, JAM Fund teammates (Christina Birch, Becca Fahringer, Ellen Noble, Stephen Hyde, Scott Smith and Anthony Clark), my sponsors and everyone else who's believed/invested time in me. Some people who've really helped along the way:
Tony Eberhardt and Phil Kenealy
Patrick Goguen of Race CF
Jim and Julie Lockhart
Cathy Rowell, Keith Reynolds and NEBC
Past coaches Lyne Bessette and Kim Geist
Helen Wyman and Katerina Nash
Kathy Savary and Tom Stevens"

One of the success stories rider and coach are proud of in '14:  *borrowed from Lee's Facebook page

"I spent the past few days reflecting on 2014 and my SMALL cycling hobby.  My best moments were not only standing on the podium for the PA State TT Championship and Tour de Millersburg TT Stage but sharing it with a teammate.  In all my team (Spinteck Cycling Team p/b Blue Bell Private Wealth Management) and I had a great year.  But more importantly, we had fun doing it!  LIKE our page to follow our accomplishments and shenanigans.

What does it take to get there?

In 2014 I rode my bike indoor and outside for nearly 600 hours, covered over 8,500 miles outside, crashed twice, and broke a few bones along the way.  This may or may not impress you, but I am surely inspired now.

How did I manage that?

Kim Geist Coaching.  The most professional guidance on providing me measurable gains year after year and elevating me to a level I definitely could not reach alone.  I see the numbers, my team/sponsors love it, and my competitors know it.

Can't wait to kick ass in 2015!"

Huge congrats to Kim Geist Coaching athlete Dan Sladovnik for meeting his life-long goal this season by moving up to the "A" class after such a successful racing season on the Grand National Cross Country circuit.  Also, huge congrats to him on winning the Rocky Mountain ATV MC trip to Moab Utah, as seen on TV above!

Just two months ago I wrote that I couldn't wait to get coached athletes out to the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. I didn't have a long wait! Coming along with me this time - Kim Geist Coaching athlete Julia Lonchar. She will be making her first trip to the complex for a two-week national team track training camp starting tomorrow!!!
