posted by Coach at 8:07 || under General

Despite the holiday weekend, Kim Geist Coaching athletes were still competing this past weekend and earned some very good results.

Good race results were highlighted by a win at the Morgantown Road Race in West Virginia in the Cat. 3/4 men's field - big congrats to Nick Vita for taking the win in his first race of the season!

IT MAY BE SPRING, BUT...

posted by Coach at 12:45 || under General

Riders contesting Milan-San Remo weren't the only ones dealing with the snow and wintry conditions this weekend. Kim Geist Coaching athletes raced in the snow and sleet at the Philly Phlyer and Strasburg Road Race in PA on Saturday. That didn't stand in the way of some top-5 and top-10 finishes, though. The lucky athletes were enjoying the warmth and sunshine elsewhere like at the Tucson Bicycle Classic in AZ, the GNCC General in GA, and at training camp in Spain.

Jo Johnson in her Tucson Bicycle Classic leader's jersey, won during Stage 1 and Lee Sobotkin during warm-up before his 4th place finish at the Philly Phlyer's time trial:
